And we reserve rights to refuse to anyone at anytime to be a member , as we reserve right to cancel your membership at anytime without prior notice. As we reserve all rights to refuse to finish any transaction for any reason we judge prejudice with or without notice.

 1- We provide information and pictures of our products to give an idea about our products as much as possible, we encourage you to ask any questions and more pictures , which may be taken in different angles of the item before to purchase it, we will be very happy to answer all your question and to help you to make the appropriate decision. 

2-Shipping  is ruled by international shipping 

3- Payment should be received prior to any shipment

4- The payment is made either in us dollar or in euro.

5- You are responsible to know the rules of international shipping especially shipping by ocean, or to get the knowledge necessary from your agent ( or broker ) prior to processing the shipping ( we can help you within the limit of our capacity)

 6- Most of our shipment are made under FOB contract , you must take knowledge of the FOB shipping.
7- No shipping will take place before we receive the money.
8- Shipping is from Moroccan ports , like Casablanca port.
9- You are dealing with a Moroccan business owned by a Moroccan citizen and run under Moroccan law.
